I understand that creating art may use sharp materials and will not hold Iris Nason or Growing Arts liable for any physical injuries that may occur during or after class. I recognize the possibility of physical injury inherent to creativity and hereby assume the risk connected with any participation by my child in any class with Iris Nason or Growing Arts.
I consent to have photos and videos taken of my child for promotional material for Growing Arts during class. I understand that these photos and videos may be used in print and on the Growing Arts website and Growing Arts Facebook page without compensation. Names of children in photos will not be used.
